Honestly, I'd be surprised if this doesn't happen all the time. When you consider the likely hundreds of thousands of documents that are flying in and out of the white house in the weeks leaving up to a change of power, there is no way this doesn't happen.
Also, if they actually think Biden personally stuffed some classified shit into a folder and not some random aid who's probably running on no sleep during the transition who just picked up a stack of papers and shoved it into a folder and into a box, they're legitimately brain dead.

Like Stephen Colbert suggested, perhaps they should have a 'library card' system here if they don't return documents they can't get new ones, and rack up fines. Even if he did, the one thing he didn't do was pretend he didn't have them, and refuse to give them back when the FBI got a court order to force him to return them.

He also didn't literally order the documents to be removed from the white house and sent to his personal properties.

Another point is that Biden is the sitting President - he does have the clearance to possess those documents. Regardless of that, to have any at home is unethical if not illegal. It's amazing how Trumo, who no longer has clearance, denied and resisted every effort to return classified documents is posting shit about Biden and his moron followers are listening!

He wasn't President during the time of twice impeached private citizen, so he didn't have clearance, and he certainly didn't have clearance to take TS/SCI documents home. That is really, really bad. But then, who let him take them home? I imagine the White House is considered a secure location, so how did the documents leave?

What is even more disturbing is the VP does not reside at the white house. So IF he got them at the white house. He then took them to the VP's residence then as he and the family was packing up the papers got moved to a private residence and stored in a garage....

It's on a military base, IIRC. And the VP would have clearance, so it would have to be. But they still should not have left that building. Archives is getting slack if they are letting these documents leave secure facilities. (Good to see you!)

Secure docs protocol and enforcement is a clown show. If Trump has one viable political contribution it is to validate its existence and enforcement... till the next scandal.
