Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says her government is close to finalizing investment deals on six projects on partial upgrading of oilsands bitumen that will be worth nearly $5 billion and create hundreds of long-term jobs.

    A good start. Perhaps we can "value add", and export synthetic crude instead of dilbit.

    "Under consideration" = to be cancelled by Jason Kenney when he gets elected, under the mantra of "we can't afford it!" and "let the market figure it out!". :roll:

    I think that is the point. Don't vote for Kenney, and Alberta wins!

    Yup. The increase in bozo eruptions were the kicker but the secret plan they have to austerity what's left of the economy to death simply can't be allowed.
