We don't word it so aggressively. Its better to say "It would be a shame if another plant were to meet with an "accident" because you're forgetting to buy our Canola". Less suspicion.

Okay I'm not joking here but I am wondering if some official or corporate type is going to pay the price for this explosion. China does not tolerate mistakes like this and want to put the blame on someone. most times the price is death.

If the company is a revenue-generating enterprise for a government ministry (as many such firms in China really are) then it's probable that none of the CCP members will be held to account.
Maybe some anonymous plebe might get executed to give an appearance of doing something but the real people behind the problem won't bear any actual responsibility.
