Both sides have been claiming eachother has been doing this since fighting broke out. This is the only evidence I read about it really happening though. I hope the Americans can get enough aid through to help these people.

Meh.. sounds like normal raping and pillaging, Russians are famous for that.

The first line of soldiers seem to be a half decent bunch.
The second line are absolute pigs.
