Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon expressed "regret" on Wednesday after France renewed an old claim to Atlantic seabed rights off the Saint-Pierre and Miquelon shores.

    I like what this guys says in a comment from the original... Daniel Beauchemin says:
    "How soon we forget how Canada went to war for Europe, especially to liberate the all mighty and powerful French from France. Many Canadian sacrifices were made and now this? If it was not for Canada and England, France would not exist today. France, take your place or history may not repeat itself."
