Prime Minister Stephen Harper is heading to the U.S. this weekend for another series of American media interviews -- including with the Fox news network that disparaged Canadian soldiers last week.

WTF is with this, i thought he was the Canadian Prime Minister.

It's part of a strategy to limit Harper's Canadian interrogations -- where the questions tilt toward the specifics of Canada's troubled domestic economy -- in favour of foreign media who can be expected to compare this country favourably to its international partners.

I dunno if my opionion of Harper can get much lower.

Enough is enough. People in the U.S. don't care about the Canadian prime minister. He ought to be using his time and our money more wisely. He'll have a chance to dazzle the international spotlight at the G-20.

I am certain the longer he's running the show, the lower your opinion can go.

Maybe we can trade him for some other leader. Robert Mugabe? I'm sure it would cost a few bucks, but ...

If Harper was Bush's lapdog like everybody claims, why didn't he do this then rather than now?

In anycase, I think he did his 'comedy bit' on CNN and other U.S programs and did a decent job but enough is enough. Act like a leader of a G8 country and not some monday morning side show. If you're going to do something like that, at least do it in your own country.
