12 and 13 year old is a little bit young to "hang out" at parties, btw.

In 2008 they raised the age of Consent from 14 to 16. I'm not sure but I think that also grants 14-15 year olds the freedom from charges related to sexual misconduct that was previously only enjoyed by 12-13 year olds.

Oh other thing, ask any 14 yo female runaway. No one targets "young girls" for anything else.

There's plenty of 18 yr. olds(losers) out there who think it's cool to target 14 and 15 year old girls. Let the girls' fathers have a few minutes, in private, to 'discuss' things with them.

They are probably targeting younger girls because the older ones, their own age, tell them to go piss up a pole.

The most shocking thing about this and some other recent things is how naive the people putting it on Facebook are. They're Teenagers, so I am not too surprised.

12/13 year olds, especially Girls, should not be going to Parties. Except those involving their own Age group and with Parents supervising, preferably same Sex, but Coed is ok for certain occasions.
