Oil traders are citing unconfirmed rumors that Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi was shot to explain a sudden downward reversal in oil prices today.

Mentioning Bin Laden makes one think he's trying to get the States involved. I don't think they're stupid.

Not sure prices would come down if he died since there is no real government in waiting. A country in anarchy is no less bankable than one with a fruit loop for a leader.

I don't know if anarchy will ensue, major portions of his government are 'defecting'(covering and protecting their asse(t)s more like it) every day. The rats that are abandoning the SS Guh-Daffy now will form the core of the next government.
