A young pilot showed nerves of steel when his engine cut out and managed to land his Cessna on a highway east of Montreal.

    good for him, when I undertook my flight training xx years ago (don't want to date myself too much) I had to make an off field landing as well.

    At least he had some cute girls lamenting him.

    Considering English is the official language of aviation internationally, I'm impressed pilots find their way around at all; speaking English is high treason against the Bloc after all :wink:
