So the judge says that he has shown remorse for his actions and believes his offenses were "out of character". But the offenses occurred during a 6 month period on a total of 10 victims.

I don't get it... oh wait a minute... now I do, it's the old, "troubled childhood" defense.
    I should have known. 8O

The court heard Tuesday that the young man had a troubled childhood.

And he wants to be a doctor... I wonder how many people would want him as their doctor if they knew what he did?

Make a good proctologist. Certainly shows the interest in the field.

    WTF. 8O

Out of character? So sexual assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and uttering threats are out of character for this pervert. I wonder what is in character for him?

Church, teaching Sunday School, helping the homeless. He must have had one hell of a good defense attorney of the judge was an idiot because anyone with this perverted a moral compass should have been taken off the street for societies protection.

I had a troubled childhood. I wonder if I can get an up-front list of things I can get away with because of that?

See, I'm planning my next vacation to Canada and wanted to schedule an itinerary.

If he went to that school his folks were loaded. Its the most expensive private school in Manitoba.

If this kid had been native and from an inner city school he'd get jail time most likely.

The most painful part of the prostate exam will be when you realize both his hands are on your shoulders

Yes. Money talks. Wonder what troubles as a child golden boy had?

I'm actually guonna guess that the result would've been very similiar, except a native kid wouldn't have needed an expensive lawyer to be excused on account of a "troubled childhood". The Gladue decision ensures that.

What the hell is wrong with kids.

No doubt, if this were a Catholic school, it would be the priests doing the sodomy, the way God intended.

On occasion, it wouldn't hurt to just shut up.

If pot were legal then this wouldn't have happened. Well, the sodomy probably still would have occurred but the hazing might not have. *farts*
