Hours after Quebec Premier Pauline Marois declared that student unrest is ï¿½behind us,ï¿½ thousands of protesters took to the streets of Montreal to denounce a planned three-per-cent tuition fee hike. At least 10 arrests were made Tuesday as some protesters

Awwww...look at the little babies who seemingly can't grasp that education actually costs money to provide. They're still getting an excellent deal here.
