TelexFREE alleged pyramid scheme shut down in U.S. sets up in Canada

An alleged pyramid scheme involving ads for voice over internet phone services that may have defrauded Brazilians and Americans out of more than a billion dollars has surfaced in B.C. after U.S. regulators shut down the firm's American headquarters.
