    78th Battalion, Winnipeg Grenadiers. Part of 4th Division, C.E.F.



    Clegg says the remains of the eight soldiers discovered at Hallu will be buried next to each other near the graves of other soldiers from the 78th Battalion at a ceremony set for May 2015 at Caix cemetery in France.



    I'll be going to that, if the CWGC doesn't screw me on the dates.





    btw, in WWII, the Winnipeg Grenadiers was one of two regiments to go to Hong Kong,
    and was destroyed there in December 1941.
