Base spokeswoman Stephanie Duchesne said " she could not say whether it is common practice for a tank's guns to be loaded while undergoing repairs." Give me a break...have someone with a little bit of "common military sense" to be the spoke's person for the base.

But their only "older teenagers" and that "they have no idea what they doing;" because their not adults! Seems like that would stick up in court. When I was 14 or 15, I was mature and responsible for my actions. Get rid of or modify the "Young Offenders Act!" Were living in the year 2010, not 1910.

Who really cares? Another waste of tax money. I have a lot of "low income" relatives who all have cell phones (newest) top of the line t.v's, Blue- Ray DVD player's, smoke (cigarettes and drugs) and drink (party all the time), have ATV's. All this is called "European Culture!" If one ever lives outside of Canada or the U.S; they will realize that people actually are aware of those around them, unlike in North America where we sue someone if they look at you, or keep to ourselves.
