| Base spokeswoman Stephanie Duchesne said " she could not say whether it is common practice for a tank's guns to be loaded while undergoing repairs." Give me a break...have someone with a little bit of "common military sense" to be the spoke's person for the base. |

When I was 14 or 15, I was mature and responsible for my actions. Get rid of or modify the "Young Offenders Act!" Were living in the year 2010, not 1910. |

| All this is called "European Culture!" If one ever lives outside of Canada or the U.S; they will realize that people actually are aware of those around them, unlike in North America where we sue someone if they look at you, or keep to ourselves. |
