They would both have to be certifiable to take it beyond a summary trial. And her case especially, given the coverage this has recieved, any assisting officer capable of standing up right will get it dismissed due to the contamination of the coverage.

Actually he has two counts of NDA-129 and one of NDA-139, obstruction of justice. That one could smart a bit. She has a single catch all 129 charge.
