I agree MacDonaill - and we do all that too. After all we aren't spa hopping or shopping every afternoon or every weekend.

I'm not saying that its right to impose religous values on everyone, but I still say from a family perspective it's a shame that we don't use Sundays as a community/family day. When you couldn't shop on Sunday, guess what we were doing? we were spending the time at home, many of us spending it with...

Isn't abuse in the eye of the abused? If those girls feel that they were sexually abused by people strip searching and watching them shower, then they were abused. And whilst it may not directly be Bush's fault, there is obviously something seriously wrong with any bureaucracy that would not allow ...

Thanks for the welcomes everyone. I am in the north island in Auckland and we are looking at Edmonton although that may change lol.

And as for sheep - well I never really considered using my pet sheep for meat or wool ... they are there to keep the grass short. ;)

Hi everyone. I'm currently in NZ but we (my hubby, children and I) are just beginning the process of applying for immigration to Canada ... and as such want to learn everything and more that I can about ... well everything really.
