I think offering both languages in a bilingual country is important ... but why all the other languages? If ya can't read road signs in English/French, then you shouldn't be driving.

Given the time period, it doesn't look so much like PPD. Munchausens is a possibility but the article doesn't give enough information really - and it appears she was trying to kill the child, not make them sick for attention (which would be the munchausens). Either way ... mother needs help and cons...

Okay so google lied about temperatures lol. As for the immigrant thing - it was more a tongue in cheek dig at the crappy immigrants that NZ lets in - poor, uneducated, unskilled etc. We want to avoid all that (which is why Canada was the country of choice - stricter criteria).
