J'ai la vague impression, que tu vas utilisé un programme pour décoder le français, et ainsi formuler une réponse avec se même programme...

Anyways, this just restates the 2 nations in Canada issue. One formula for Canada, and another for Québec. They even thought of a slogan just for us.

I wouldnt consider them Federalists, though. As they would vote yes, if any major event occured. I usually put them in the Nationalist group. Three divisions, Souvrainist, Federalist, and Nationalist.

Leaving aside the deliberately inflammatory use of the word institution, daycare is the way for some people.
