| I wouldnt consider them Federalists, though. As they would vote yes, if any major event occured. I usually put them in the Nationalist group. Three divisions, Souvrainist, Federalist, and Nationalist. |

| So it is a ratio thing? He had it right. Its a ratio, CO2/GDP. It's a flawed calculation of emissions. Example: Manufacturing industry goes steady, but services industry has a huge boom. GDP rises. Technicly, emissions stay the same. But when compared to GDP, emissions went down. That's how failed ... |
