ok so the chat on the site is not working at all anymore. picked a bad time to open it up. My friends irc network is just in the process of switching servers so its dns is messing up. Should be all good in a day or 2. I will keep yah posted.

OK! i think the issue is resolved, the dns is still changing but i just am pointing to the new ip for now. The path to the java sources also changed. But its all good now. Happy chatting, hope too see yah there!

In a way its sad... the forums will fall into disarray, the many discussions lost in the archives of Trevs computer, the friendly insults hurled between RH and JJ will no longer be read and laughed at... *CANADIAN puts "Cats in the Cradel" on winamp* No longer will newbies start a thread intruducing themselves... No longer will people laugh at RH's many... many pics posted in the threads... No onger will Eh2Brute say something contreversial... No longer will Royal correct someone when they state something about history... No longer will i say something stupid... WAIT! I can always say something stupid on the chat! I bet that this willl be the end to the forums, but a new beggining for CKA...

I dont think the chat will take away from th forums at all. Generaly the discussions are different in the chat, more personal oriented. plus some people just dont like chat or have the time. the forums are nice fast and easy.

Apperently the chat room hasn't been wotking for awhile, The javachat anyways. the url to the java client had changed, but its back working now!
