They have three singles out right now, Try Honesty, The Ex, and River Below. There pretty good and there albums good enough that I'd check out a second if they come out with one. There coming to North Bay in a week or so. I'm probably going. I right a review of the concert if I do.

They aren't bad at all, Pole. They've gotten some airplay here, so that's a start.

From what I've heard from Billy Talent ( 2 songs I think), I'd definitely check them out if they came here.
The guitar player's "Johnny Bravo" hairdo is pretty cool as well.

i don't really like billy talent, personally. i think that the guys voice is irritating.
that's a cool hairdo? i think it is pretty stupid. can you imagine how much crap he's got in his hair to make it stay like that? ugh.
of the three singles i don't like any of them.

They're from the Mississauga Ont. area Canadka.
Indelible, I said his hair was cool as in interesting.
It reminds me of Johnny Bravo.
I never said it was practical or something I'd care to try myself.

It's settled. I've got my ticket. The concert is Thursday September 8th at "The Wall" (local bar/night up at the University for all the students). The opening acts are "Future" and "The Waking Eye". I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Gonzo Gonzo:

Try honesty is a good tune. Saw them recently here and they sounded pretty good- for a Canadian band.
Nice to see something a little different and the singer has a ton of energy. Hah..he knocked out the drummer awhile back, while he was swinging his mic stand on stage.
Well you have to admit music has been sucking some serious ass for awhile now. Canadian music is some of the worst. Who would you say is 'talented' in this country?

I agree that a lot of the commercially released stuff lately sucks.
i don't think Canada has a stranglehold on it by any means.
Paris Hilton's coming out with a record for pete's sake.
Talented? Jimmy Rankin, The Hip, Rush, Colin James, Alannis Morrissette to name a few

Don't forget the best band in the world... Matthew Good!
Then there's always:
Gob
Biff naked
Our Lady Peace (I love there older stuff)
Some think Nickelback and Default's good (I'm rather sick of them myself)
