SprCForr SprCForr: Camry=Fridge I thought it was funny... You would. You Ford Galaxy drivers have an easy funny bone to tickle.

Gunnair Gunnair: It is an opinion. I'm just bitching about the delivery. Seems to me you've done that yourself. Maybe not as often as you. $1: Camry is a good car and well worth the price (not that I own one, but I do have a Matrix and Tundra and was happy to pay a bit extra for quality) Hmm. I'm on my second Matrix. Great little car, that's why I bought the second one.

Gunnair Gunnair: Tricks Tricks: Gunnair Gunnair: A lot of reviews I've read seem to disagree with you. I guess they missed their opportunity to talk to you and get it right. Show me these reviews. $1: Where do you buy your gas, by the way? Irrelevant. Well let's swap. You're down on Apple so much. I'm curious to see the reviews that support you. http://reviews.cnet.com/ipad/http://www.vancouversun.com/iPad+mini+earns+reviews+praise+note+display+great/7477569/story.htmlAs for your fuel... it is relevant if you've become so conscious of the moral choices of the companies you buy from. Where did I say moral choices are the only motivating factor? Oh I didn't? Oh right. http://dottech.org/85553/the-ipad-mini- ... k-opinion/http://www.bouncesin.com/news/general/i ... riced-crapRead the reviews, they aren't saying much. They're saying basically it's a small ipad, and it uses metal. They all say the screen is subpar, and frankly any review that doesn't mention the fact that the hardware in it is at best a year old is failing at their jobs and probably hacks. The new iPad is a legit decent product. I hate IOS with a passion, but hardware wise its pretty good. And the only thing that is touching it is the Transformer Infinity, which I prefer for other reasons, namely expandability, and overall usefulness when coupled with a keyboard dock. Something reviewers also consistently leave out. However, it's pretty widely accepted that Apple products, by an large are overpriced compared to competitors. You pay easily 20% more on the closest end, and probably 100% more on the high end.

Gunnair Gunnair: Tricks Tricks: I'd also like to point out, charging several hundred dollars for about 100 worth of upgrades is, by definition, overpriced. That is fact. Deal with it. Irrelevant. People are willing to pay for it. That brilliant business marketing. Deal with it. Sure, and I can call them stupid fanboys. Problem?

You'd be wrong, but that happens. $1: Camry is a good car and well worth the price (not that I own one, but I do have a Matrix and Tundra and was happy to pay a bit extra for quality) $1: Hmm. I'm on my second Matrix. Great little car, that's why I bought the second one. Still on my first. 2007 that just crossed 40,000 kms. Think I just broke it in. Because I ride my bike for the most part, my 2009 Tundra just crossed the 13,000 kms mark.

And it isn't irrelevant, when the thread is about shit being overpriced, and my original statement was that shit is overpriced. Or are you dictating what is relevant in this conversation? Cause if so, I'm not wasting my time with it.

Everyone deals with stuff according to their maturity level. I just need to keep reminding myself of that.

CDN_P, your 'recall' comment has already been answered so I won't add to that. CDN_PATRIOT CDN_PATRIOT: A Neon? I drive a 2008 Ford Focus. Reliable, fun, looks good, drives well, sips the fuel, and no recalls to worry about. The build quality of Fords has improved greatly. A good choice if buying North American. $1: I will always buy domestic (Ford and/or Dodge) over Japanese, unless I become rich because then I would buy German in a heartbeat. Don't bother. "German engineering" isn't all it's cracked up to be. I've continually checked Consumer Reports for quite a few years and German build quality isn't worth a premium price. German cars are seldom (if ever) rated as being as good as Japanese ones.

Yes we can, so why bring it up? Also, engadget is notoriously biased.
