That's what I mean. :)

Last time he dealt with trucks, he tried to race a Cummins Turbo diesel against an Ariel Atom, and the time before that he complained about the cargo capacity of an F-150 Lightning.

Intentionally clueless! But in BC, he finally got it right!

I don't think Clarkson has any worries about employment potential or starvation. The show will go on, on a different channel, under a different name.

The new show could be called Cranks and Motor Heads.

No different from other spoiled celebrity temper tantrum like Chris Brown or Justin Beiber. Just another primadonna who has to learn the hard way that they're not above the law and the rules apply to them too.

When he blew the tire on the Raptor and kept going, that was awesome.
I never appreciated what the Raptor could do until watching this episode now I want one.

You didn't see the Velociraptor test on Top Gear US. ;) I had just bought my F-150 when I saw this, and nearly took it back and traded in for it!

Those precious little baby carts wouldn't last a week in the winters of North America or survive the roads of summer.

They weren't built to "last a week in the winters of North America or survive the roads of summer."

But North American cars are crap (who around the world drives Canadian cars? Do you even have any?). Clarkson, Hammond and May are no fans of them, and they're the experts.

Tricks Tricks:
Might want out so they can move to a different channel. May and Hammond have already said if Clarkson is gone so are they, they'll all just move. That show probably makes BBC more money by itself than everything netflix has combined. A lot of channels will clamber after them.

I think May has said he may quit telly altogether and become a teacher. As for Hammond, we've not heard much of his since the debacle. Clarkson reputedly has offers from Sky and ITV. He should host a Top Gear-like show on one of them. Al-Bibisiya will soon regret sacking him when his new show gets all the millions of fans that Top Gear had.

xerxes xerxes:
He fought him for 30 seconds after giving him the R. Lee Ermey treatment for 20 minutes.

And if you believe that you believe anything.

There is something very fishy about this whole debacle.

At first, the BBC reported it as a "fracas" and anyone who witnessed it who has spoken to the media - including James May - described it as "not much" and a "minor incident." Everybody the media has spoken to who witnessed the incident said it was a minor altercation. James May himself has said he is surprised that the whole affair has become as big as it is. So it does seem from all this that it was a minor incident.

Then, after waiting days and days for the BBC to "investigate" the matter - what were they investigating? We all know what happened - they then tell us that Clarkson fought Tymon "for 30 seconds." So rather than a "minor incident", as those who witnessed it said, the BBC are now trying to tell us it was a major act of violence lasting lasting for 30 seconds.

I've also noticed that there are no photographs anywhere, that I'm aware of, of Tymon's supposed injuries. Not even any photographs taken by a member of the public who managed to get a quick snapshot of Tymon's injured face.

It's all seems rather fishy and strange to me.

If anyone of us did this at our jobs I dare say that wed fired for that as well (except maybe for my job. There's no standards there).

Jeremy wasn't at his job. He was in a North Yorkshire hotel after work.

The big Canadian designed and built cars that are everywhere is the Chrysler family of minivans. Sexy, they ain't but they're good value. My wife owns one and I drive it periodically. It's quite okay. They are not too expensive and they hold up quite well.

This is a demanding place on automobiles and there is nothing, even the high end ones, from the U.K. that hold up, here. The Koreans make more reliable luxury cars than Jags, now and those cream puff Rovers that reach us are, year after year, at the very bottom of the reliability lists.

North American cars are "shit" if all that you ever do is start your cars in above freezing temperatures and drive on nice tarmac. Almost none of the Eurojunk can operate outside of those sissy parameters.
