I've never made that claim. But if the local expert says all the problems are caused by 4 bad apples out of 100,000, then expertise doesn't seem to be of much value.

Just pull out all cops, let the teachers, nurses, firemen, etc all leave. That way they can educate themselves, give themselves medical treatment and clean there own messes up. This isn't news to me. The OPP re-enforcements flew out of the community I work in, the local airport is directly between two of our mining operations.

Word at the time was that a large mob of residents were threatening to "harm" the officers manning the detachment.

This isn't the first time that the OPP have had to rush officers up to Pik lately. The OPP cannot maintain control of Pikangikum with only twelve officers.

I don't want to "armchair general", but they need many times that number.
