sasquatch2 sasquatch2:
One factor is that BC is a long way from Ontario. Most in Ontario have little or no knowledge of Olson...a matter already settled by due process.

You really are an idiot

As long as Justice is served, I don't really care to have 24/7 analysis of the Trial. The Courts and Jury decides the Guilt/Innocence, not Public Opinion.

sandorski says: Stop public trials because judges know best.

More than the peoples right to know, it's the obligation of the Canadian citisen to be informed.

Reading comprehension is something you should look into.

I really don't see anything "wrong with Canada" as the OP asserts due to the Picton Trial Coverage or peoples attention to it. Why is this case any more important than the thousands of others that take place across the country every Month? Hell, the only reason we are even aware of it is due to the sensational crimes that have taken place.

If one wants to know what's happening at the Picton Trial they'll have a far easier time finding details on it than they will for the vast majority of Criminal Trials.

What do you want to be informed of? The sentencing will be pretty obvious, the guy is clearly guilty as asphalt is black. The only purpose that more media coverage would serve is to sensationalise the whole case while continuing to ignore the issue of women living in poverty driven to prostitution.

Lots of the Old testament is just that. Old. Definition of Old:no longer in use, ANCIENT, obsolete,.....ANTIQUATED implies being discredited or outmoded or otherwise inappropriate to the present time. The Old testament was basically was to point to Jesus and him paying for the sins of mankind. Now the Bible says "rightly dividing the word of God." Ex: People don't have to make sacrifices anymore to cover the thier sins. God doesn't have to bring judgements on people. Why? cause Jesus took the punishment. Jesus took the judgement of sin on the cross. His beard was litterally ripped off. CRUCIFIXIAN! No death was so thorough, no shame so complete. First there was the scourging, The scourging post was two feet high, An iron ring, placed close to the top projected from two sides. Clothing was ripped away from a prisoner so that he stood naked. Roman lictors were professionals. They confined their labors to the fine, brutal art of scourging, and they could beat a victim until only the barest spark of life remained. The whip was designed to literally PLOW the back. How about the spikes in his hands, HE was literally NAILED to the wood. Jesus Christ died the most through death ever devised Slow death. Dieing for you. It was Gods plan to die for Mankind, and it was Jesus who made the sacrifice out of life, would it not be kinda dumb for them to start killing? When Jesus suffered so much for Man? It's contradictory. New testament is what we go by, now. Judgements will come, Remember the book of Revelations. Those are specifically designed to get the people to repent of there wicked ways.

BC ask your paster about Adam's first wife, yes you heard me correctly Eve wasn't the first misses. It's not in the Bible it pre-dates the bible.
