Basketball, NFL and baseball are boring and pointless wastes of time 99% of the time. IMO

In the same ways that history and astronomy are boring and pointless to those who don't understand them.

Same as in arts and comedy. :D
What one loves another may hate.

Love football, any football but that may be because I played up to university.
I'll watch hockey and baseball once in a while without being a die-hard fan.

Basketball I loved a long time but for some reason, I've grown out of it.
The only time I get into it now is when March Madness comes along.

Touche. Fine, I'll admit it...Carrot Top and Tom Green and Dane Cook and Pauly Shore and Tom Arnold must have their fans somewhere.

I love Hockey and I really like football too.
I think my main problem overall with football is the culture that is associated with it.
It can seem very elitist at times.

There is only ONE sport...HOCKEY. Although I'd watch a CFL game before I EVER watch an NFL game. Not for nationalistic reasons mind you, I jsut can't stand the NFL when the last 2 minutes of a game takes as long as a quarter to play. Not to mention their wussy rules. At least in the CFL you have the potential to see 3 TD's scored in the last 2 minutes of a game.

I will admit though, the NHL is being ruined by stupid people that think it's freakin figure skating or something. I've actually become more of a Junior A fan since they still need to prove themselves. And the rivalries are more intense.

Stupid question time. I've been hearing the term stretch pass for a while now and it seems to me that they have removed the 2 line pass as an offside. Have they? Cuz I'm seeing a lot of passes from the defensive zone to the other side of centre ice.

Australian Rules football is a great game. Definitely not for the weak of heart or strong of mind....if you're playing.

Oh man, that's a brutal sport. I've heard the only rule is: no weapons unless both teams previously agree
