I feel the Conservatives and Bloc Quebecois are holding this governement hostage right now. What right to do they have to shut down the government BEFORE the Gomery Inquiry has ended, BEFORE the Budget goes through, BEFORE a couple of severely ill MPs can return to Parliament?? I have never been so ...

What are they thinking? This only encourages me to vote Liberal, as I am certain many others. They should wait until the budget is passed and the Gomery inquiry, so that we can make a sound decision.

What I like about the STV is that it would encourage Politicians to be more accountable to their constituents, then their party. By ensuring that no vote would be wasted and distributed among less popular parties if one candidate has a clear majority, voters become more powerful then they are under ...

You also appear to have a great command of the English language, and didn't slur, or use the term "CockSuckersonofabitch" once in your response - There is NO way you are my friends uncle.

Btw - Good on ya for being in the Army - we need more people like you!

[quote="CdnSkyDiva] But again, you are subjecting Canadians to 'Group Think' - suggesting a select few speak for me, or all Canadians for that matter. Do I think that those Americans who voted Bush lack intelligence and were brainwashed by the Ultimate propoganda machine Fox News? Yes. Do all Canad...

You're speaking of Americans as if they were the enemy... when they are actually our best international allies. Harper recognizes this fact, and does not believe in calling them "morons" and "bastards"... unlike the Lib's. I don't know about you, but being friends with someone does not mean I would...

At least Paul Martin is demonstrating some back bone against the US, much to my own surp...
