We got spanked and deserved it. There was a little too much happy-happy/joy-joy after that 3rd goal.

It may be bad for Canucks, but it's good for the game to have somebody else win once in a while. Long as they don't turn it into a habit....

Beautiful country and very nice shots, Gunnair. I've been using a relatively inexpensive grab shot digital that fits in my pocket. But I think I've talked myself into a Canon EOS 7D SLR. I bought the EOS 50 for my (ex) gf and it's a sweet camera. The 7D is similar but can also shoot video. I'm debat...

I'm glad our guys get a day off, and the Russian kids too for that matter. Both teams had uphill climbs to get to the gold medal game. They'll need to rest and recharge in order to give us a good show on Wednesday.

Too bad, in a way. I would have liked us to face Sweden if we get past the Americans. But I like our chances a little better against the Russians.

Yeah, we might get past the Swiss with mediocore goaltending but we'll be dead meat in the next game unless they pick it up.
