The only beer I drink is Québec micro-brews. [B-o] I know, there are a lot of good American micro-brews out there now. Every time I go down, I try to find stuff that I've never tried before. Thank god -- for some reason when I read "Canadian" I substituted "Molson Canadian" whic...

We have a party every year to celebrate 1812 and we even invite a bunch of American friends. We do feed them, but we don't let them drink any of the good beer, that is, Canadian. Uggh... you can't be serious? Unless you mean decent Canadian craft beers, otherwise the US craft beer scene has more th...

Cheers to the Canucks fans who stuck around and cheered Thomas with his Conn Smythe and the cup. A shame that *a paltry few* idiots are giving Vancouver a bad name right now.

It's been a great series -- I'm a little sad because they'll be no more hockey one way or the other come Thursday. :( And it game 4 is like the other 3 in Vancouver I'll likely have no fingernails left.

Well we do have one. We could always invite them up for a couple of beers. After two or three Canadian beers, they tend to shut up cuz they're passed out  Americans only pass out when drinking Canadian beers because hearing this speech over and over puts us to sleep [B-o] Molson Canadian is su...

Serious question from a Bruins fans: do you really think they should drop Lou for game 5? Vancouver was seriously outplayed the last two games. Their PP is like 1/20 now in the series (with at least 1 attempt tonight without any shots). The Bruins PP has been nothing short of anaemic the entire play...

In other news, Rome is done for the series (4 game suspension). Good riddance -- nasty, cheap and late hit.

Horton is also finished for the year with a "severe concussion" (bruins.com).

They will be very impressed and then farm it out to India. Just like all the geeks will be really impressed by Gentoo. And then work with Debian/Ubuntu, RedHat, BSD to earn a living. Possibly - still, running a Gentoo box at home to learn makes using Ubuntu or whatever much easier later. And I agre...

I'm assuming you mean "web" and not "wed" development. ;) (Just so you know that I'm coming from a tech background -- I currently work in imaging research, but still do a crap load of writing software/IT stuff. I also still freelance/dabble on occasion in my 'previous' career of ...
