Rating the best is easy ! The guy I work for is the greatest. Hands down! When I want a day or 2 or even a few off, I get them no questions asked. If I call in sick that's no problem. He never rags on me to hurry up or 'get a move on. Buys me lunch every day. Gives me regular bonuses 'just because'. Pays ALL my medical and dental, eye glasses etc. Matches my saving contributions dollar for dollar. Never deducts pay for days I miss. Paid holidays, company truck, gas account. Man, I could go on and on about this guy, but I think you get the picture. Why in hell would I ever go work for anyone else???
