I hear there's a federal law against transporting undocumented people across state lines that could be applied...

So where was your law and order fervor when the Feds were transporting illegals across state lines, and dumping them in Florida?

Instead in deflecting, you could have just said how despicable DeSantis' stunt was and how unfit he is to hold office.

Something that is always missing from any of these issues to do with refugees arriving at borders is how sad it is that they are so desperate to escape conditions in their own country that they are willing to take whatever risks they have to to hopefully find joy somewhere else. Can many of us even imagine what it would be like to walk away from all you've ever known, your family, friends and home to go into the complete unknown with little more than what you can carry?

Besides, almost every damn one of us is a descendant of someone who did exactly this long before we were born into the comparably comfortable life that we know and that so many take for granted.

Nothing despicable about it. These leftwing douchebags say that they are for open borders, than give them what they want. If they want to talk the talk, than they need to walk the walk. Martha's Vineyard is one of the wealthiest areas in the U.S., also one of the whitest. Lets give them the diversity that they are so sorely lacking. Fifty illegals show up in the Vineyard, and they start shitting bricks. Within 48 hours all the illegals had been rounded up and shipped out of the Vineyard. Why is that? The Vineyard has 132 hotels on the island. Why can't the illegals stay there? Maybe its because the starting rate per night is $400, not including resort fees. Those rich cocksuckers on the island certainly do not want to be on the hook for that kind of money, do they? Its far easier to just round them all up, ship them off the island, and make them someone else's problem.

Did you know that the Vineyard's year round population is only 20,000 people. The summertime population increases ten fold to 200,000. The vast majority of the homes on the island are only occupied three months out of the year. Summer ended on labor day. There are literally thousands of empty homes (mansions really) that could be used to house these illegals. The left loves talking about sticking it to the man, unless THEY are the man.....which happens to be the case on the Vineyard. Why not practice some of that commie bullshit that they preach, and forcibly take over those empty homes to house the less fortunate? They love talking about taking over large corporations (who do not contribute to their campaign, always remember that). Enact an emergency measure to take over those mansions that no one is living in now. They had no problem doing it in the south during the civil war. The fact of the matter is that they do NOT want to walk the walk. They do not want to piss off the wealthy elite leftists that live on the Vineyard. People like the Obamas and the Kennedys.

I love how this stupid bitch is telling everyone that the Vineyard has no facilities to help the illegals, even though nine out out ten homes on the Vineyard are now vacant. You see the Vineyard has no homeless shelters because the Vineyard is a playground for the rich and powerful. They have no homeless, why would they have a shelter?

As far as DeSantis goes, I think that you need to start showing a lot more respect for the next President of the United States.

The irony is that most are living Central America, for example, are under threat by gangs trained in US prisons and deported back to their home countries, and from guns exported from US manufacturers. Or, like Venezuela, are under such strict US sanctions that it's impossible to earn a living there.

Refugees aren't illegal.

Refugees? Lol!!! Bullshit!!! Every fucking one of them is from Venezuela. Venezuela is a socialist country. You yourself have spent thousands of hours on this forum preaching about the virtues of socialism. Its the greatest thing since sliced bread. Its the cure for all of our ills. So I say that no one from a socialist state should ever be treated like a refugee. They are living in that workers paradise that you lefties would impose on all of us. YOU should be so lucky as to live in Venezuela. Lefties should be fleeing there, not the other way around.

This stupid bitch kind of shoots the whole "refugee" story to shit. She tells how all these people just want to work. They have families to send money back to. If they are "refugees" and things are so bad back home, than why would they leave their families there to be slaughtered? Why are they not begging for their families to come to the U.S. if things are so bad back home? What kind of man would leave their family in a killing field why they are safe in a first world county? No real man would. They are not refugees. They are looking to better themselves financially, and that is all.

Except is wasn't done to the lefties wasn't it? It was done to the refugees. Now they are stranded on an island thousands of miles from where they need to be on Monday, with only the clothes on their backs. And it was the State of Florida that lied to them on how to change their address, and that there were jobs and housing waiting when they landed, wasn't it? Nice! Those lefties sure learnt their lesson, eh?

So, you want to take homes away from the people that own them, and give them to the refugees? Sounds like communism. Not to say I don't approve of the idea, but would you still agree if it were your home? Or is it only good to confiscate the home of people you don't like?

You might be confusing 'left' with 'anarchist' there. Anarchists love 'sticking it to the man'. The Left, right now, are 'the man'.

I think you may confuse eminent domain, with social services. There are no social services in Marthas Vinyard. And somehow, all the refugees were clothed, and fed. Hmmmm. How did that happen?

Pfffftttthahahahahahaha!

Yea, just like the Right shows respect to the current President? Or shall we discuss the complete shitstorm that was the last President? There is a whole 840 page thread on that gem.

It doesn't make sense to keep people in a location where they will not be able to get work or establish a home or a life of their own so why would "they" bother forcing others to forfeit their homes temporarily?

Most of them!

How many refugees actually end up in Florida?

4%. Wow. That's a lot.

You know I always do this. I take your biases, and knock them down with facts.

Fact is, kidnapping people, flying them across the country and dumping them somewhere is cruel. Doesn't matter if it's Ralph Klein, or Ron DeSantis.

Republicans will never elect a President again unless they change (if they even can, but I doubt it), or they lie/cheat/try to take it by force or turn the country into Putin's Russia by "suspending" democracy.

Sometimes, I think it would be better to let those shit-hole Republican states leave the USA and then build a wall around them.

I will be shocked if he's not arrested by the new year. The system already has bent over backwards trying to leave the man alone, but they can only look the other way on national security and treason for so long. And 10 empty classified folders? Anyone else would get shot in the face for that.
