The boys at work are in about day ten of a blizzard. 8)

Blizzard. Wind northwest 50 km/h (31 mph) gusting to 70 km/h (43 mph). Temperature steady near -32C(-26F). Wind chill -52.
Tonight
Blizzard ending overnight then a few clouds. Blowing snow giving poor visibility at times overnight. Wind northwest 40 km/h gusting to 60. Low -37C(-35F). Extreme wind chill -57.
Monday
Sunny. Blowing snow giving poor visibility at times. Wind northwest 40 km/h gusting to 60. High -33C(-27F). Extreme wind chill -57.

-15C here in balmy Southern Ontario. With a -20 chill factor.

This drafty old farm house is a bit chilly here and there. The dogs have set up shop beside the stove which I am stoking like a mississippi stern-wheeler.

GW is a real disappointment today.

-31 here in southern Alberta this morning without the wind,allmost as cold as Nunavut. :o

This is called an Alberta clipper and we like to share them with the rest of the country.There's even enough left over for the states.

Well they usually start out coming from the east,we rarely get cold air from the west,the heavy flow sucked that arctic air right down.

Good day to sit inside and drink hot tea.

Made it through the night----fortunately a two dog night. Wimps. They are guarding the stove again.
