Exactly. Without that video it's all just hearsay, innuendo and quite possibly slander.

Besides at what point do people start to question the authenticity of these claims by gawker and the Toronto Star? I've seen these things backfire where the accused becomes the victim and wins even more popular support, which just might happen here.
