I have a health issue. Kinda. I had my wisdom teeth out in hospital under general anesthesia. Before the procedure started, an intern came in to perform a few tests - blood pressure, that sort of thing. I thought he was done when he asked me to remove my bra so he could do a breast exam. I wondered if that was necessary? Smoothly he replied 'Not necessary, no. But I'll do it if you want me to.'

I was totally creeped out (still am)
Should I have reported him?

I don't know if you needed to "report" him. But maybe just ask one of the nurses or another doctor if this was normal procedure, and see where it goes from there...
