My favorite stress reliever is
throwing some logs into the fire pit in the backyard sitting back and doing absolutely nothing but watching the kids play or gazing up at the stars .

lol just a little stressed, actually I lied, when I get stressed I post, when I get really stressed I sleep, I slept for almost a week straight, but things are better now

I used to sleep a lot when I was stressed out. Now I just attack the punching bag. Oh and the back rub offer is still there if you ever need it.
