There's nothing wrong with taking information from a comedian, not when the "respectable" channels are now the haunts of party agents and one-sided ideological pundits.

It's infotainment. The photo-negative of the Fox news/MSNBC editorials. However, they know from the start what they are... satire.

It’s both. They have filled a desperately needed gap for long form journalism that deals with actual research and facts, not the usual left v. right bicker fest that cable news has devolved into.
