A few years ago and as a result of the renovations of several 'projects' in Scarborough and Toronto many residents were relocated to White Oaks. Thanks Scarlem.

I should add, the least desirable of Toronto residents were relocated.

White Oaks was a shit-hole long before anyone from Scarborough moved in.
