The drawing looks like boobs, labeled with what also happens to be bra sizes. So boob joke is warranted.

A broad definition of sexism might believe that a man interrupting a serious conversation with a boob joke alienates and objectifies women. Perhaps it does. But I don't think that means that it should be socially illegal to ever make an innocent boob joke.
