At least three Dallas police officers were killed Thursday after being targeted by two snipers in a downtown parking garage Thursday night during a protest over police shootings of African-Americans.

Dallas Police Chief David Brown said "it appears" the snipers shot ten officers during the protest. Brown said that three injured officers were in critical condition and two others were in surgery.

Dallas' public transit agency, DART, confirmed on Twitter that one of its police officers was shot and killed, while three of its officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

OMG...I knew earlier today that there would obviously be protests as a result of these 2 recent tragic shootings but it to go this next step... it's horrible.

This was too well planned. If there is any relation to the protests, its related for convenience only by the attackers. They have threatened with explosives in the area, which seems remote, but if, accurate it certainly reinforces this planning.

The scary part from watching CNN is that if the police can't handle this type of threat than something has to change. Those who have been arrested aren't cooperating, so the motive is yet to be determined.

RIP to those brave officers who risked their lives in this event. Brings tears to the eyes to see the video of an officer who courageously confronted this man, only to be executed.

This happening in Texas, these morons will receive Old Testament justice, one way or another.
