And then there are the Bonaparte Indians, considered by the RCMP to be one of the most heavily armed groups in the entire country. They've been fun... shutting down highway 99 whenever they please. Or the Shuswaps spawning the like of "Wolverine" who is nothing more than a terrorist. Speaking of "Wo...

THe picture is so small... Is it a king or queen crown.? I didn't know that they could put something on top of the crown... You don't see this on Canadian crests. The crown is a Queen's crown, but that would change if the monarch were to become a King. The lion is a Royal Lion, crowned, which was c...

What is your crest hormel...? I noticed the Lion on top, I am still trying to find the country of origin... I am guessing french now.

Actually, it's British. The motto on the bottom is Per Mare Per Terram. The device under the lion and crown says "Gibraltar"

Royal Marines.

Mario you'll never sneak a French jet past hormel26c especially if the recognition view is from the bottom.

It's a valuable two cents, Mario. I agree completely. It's interesting that there are successful native societies that get no mention in the press and are not held out as examples in any government report. (Kamloops Indian Band is one that comes to mind). It's also interesting that the formula for s...

Spinning the facts???

Where's the spin?

I don't need to start my own thread. You already did it. And, unless I am reading it wrong it was an attempt to cast aspersions at Canada's treatment of native indians. That's fine if you come from a position of superiority... but you don't.

Why deflect the topic? That's hardly a deflection. You opened Pandora's Box. Want to discuss the Sioux and why they came to Canada for protection? Your opening of a thread and pointing strictly at Canada as having a problem without acknowledging the past and current treatment of the same peoples by...

Shall we discuss the American treatment of the indiginous population of North America? Or is killing indians ok?

You live in a glass house.

Uneducated people are likely to make less money, so they probably support the tax cuts that would come with voting conservative. Really??? I don't believe that's necessarily the case. Conservative tax cuts tend to favour higher income earners and corporations. As has already been pointed out, lower...

How can you tell a helo pilot at the bar?

His teeth chatter on the glass.

This program was scrapped, wasn't it?
