BartSimpson BartSimpson:
The Democrat's impeachment circus is now public and the big revelations so far are:

1. The Democrats used media focus groups to determine that 'bribery' resonates better than 'quid pro quo' so now they're trying to shift the impeachment to bribery when there's less evidence for that than there was for quid pro quo.

2. The Democrat's witnesses had to audition for their roles.

Both items reported by the Washington Post.

4. Bribery
5. Witness Intimidation

I hope whatsherface successfully seeks monetary compensation from everybody that's been dragging her name through the mud repeating BS.

I though it was kind of weird that a man who graduated 5th in his class at Westpoint and served as an Infantry Officer in Vietnam could testify that an Ambassador could be overheard in a restaurant speaking with the President, and Republicans just give the obvious OPSEC a pass. You had to know that all the other intelligence agents seated all around them also heard it.

ROTFL

Former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch is testifying, and Trump is tweeting stuff live against her! The inquiry he isn't watching is experiencing live witness intimidation! [laughat]

Even Republicans disagree with disparaging a long serving Public Servant who is as well respected as Yovanovitch.

Where is this fucking 'whistleblower' who was the whole reason why this shitshow started???

Even the Republicans are asking where he is...

Oh yeah: The whistleblower's name is ERIC CIARAMELLA. Everyone knows it.

Just because they were talking does not mean that anything classified was discussed.

The whistle-blower is irrelevant at this point as numerous witnesses back up the original complaint.

Whistle-blower protection is important for obvious reasons. Anybody with half a brain realizes this. YOU realize this as you posses at least half a brain.

The only reason to want this person outed would be for revenge. Time to check yourself Bart.

The next whistle blower will be calling out a corrupt socialist.

Diplomatic calls are always of interest to foreign adversaries. That's why secure calling facilities exist, so the guys outside in the van with the Stingray can't hear.

No, not when at least two of the 'witnesses' who have testified in secret session admitted that their source of information was Eric Ciaramella who obtained the information from someone who obtained it from someone else who obtained it from someone who was actually on the call.

That's not really a 'witness' and that little fact got out in today's live hearings despite the best effort of fuckfaced Adam Schiff to gavel down anyone who said anything he didn't like.

The Democrats need to end this idiocy before it gets out of hand.

As it is yesterday Schiff asked the White House if they had any exculpatory evidence...really? That's not how it works in this country. We do not ask anyone to prove their innocence, we expect the prosecution to make their case.

But in this case the Democrats decided to impeach the President and just nineteen minutes after Trump was inaugurated the Washington Post website headline was:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/pos ... has-begun/

Nineteen minutes.

And ever since then the fucking goddamned evil Democrats have been looking for a crime to throw against the President and in the absence of a crime they keep inventing them.

Here's a gem of a quote from a Democrat!!!

$1:
Rep. Jeff Van Drew (D-NJ) dismissed diplomat Bill Taylor’s testimony Wednesday before the House Intelligence Committee as “hearsay.”

During Taylor’s testimony, he claimed President Trump spoke with Gordon Sondland, the American ambassador to the European Union, about the “investigations” into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

Taylor’s information came from one of Taylor’s staffers who claimed he overheard the president’s phone call with Sondland.

The New Jersey Democrat chastised Taylor over his assertion.

“It’s hearsay,” Van Drew said after Wednesday’s impeachment inquiry hearing. “It’s really difficult dealing with this because it’s he said-she said.”

$1:
....Yesterday, however, William Taylor testified that a member of his staff heard Sondland, in Kiev on a cell phone, speaking with President Trump, and that Trump asked about Ukraine opening “investigations.” After the call, Sondland told the staffer, David Holmes, that Trump’s highest priority in Ukraine was securing an investigation of the Bidens. Today, the Associated Press reports a second staffer, Suriya Jayanti, also heard the call. “The President doesn’t care about Ukraine,” said Sondland, according to CNN, which obtained Holmes’s testimony, “He only cares about the big stuff – the big stuff that benefits him. You know, like investigating the Bidens.”

It turned out this plan had a fatal flaw. Trump speaks very, very loudly and is also irresponsibly lax about operational security. Holmes will testify that he could hear Trump’s voice because he spoke so loudly, Sondland had to to hold the phone away from his ear. Reporters who have previously experienced Trump phone calls confirmed that his voice is distinctly audible to people standing several feet away from the recipient of his call:

Republicans devoted much of the first day of hearings to repeating the charge that the witnesses were relying on “hearsay.” And it is true that Taylor and George Kent, the other first-day witness, communicated through other officials who conveyed Trump’s orders to them. (The White House has refused to make Trump himself, or any of the officials who did speak with him, available for testimony.)

But it is not “hearsay” when officials are following expressly communicated orders through a chain of command. And it’s certainly not hearsay when somebody literally hears the boss say the order.
