Ukraine, which makes Greece look well run and efficient, no....no. The Baltic States, that are NATO members, definitely yes. NATO should support their governments militarily against any Russian backed trouble or incursions. However, it should be European(German, British and French) NATO troops that make up the overwhelming majority of boots on the ground.
