A cheap fine? The cat eventually had to be killed because of her neglect... She shouldn't be allowed to own cats without some sort of animal rights group breathing down her neck and spying from the trees. So I'm glad she isn't allowed a pet.

It's not the vet's fault. They said to bring the cat back for another appointment because they didn't have a X-Ray tech there. It's was the owners responsibility to bring her back, it was her pet.
