No just the knee....i dont like those other pills they gave me. Its been feeling not to bad, just when I wake up, do to much and before bed, it bugs me

6' omelet with 3 green onions, 1 small slice of tomato ( diced )and a pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper. After turning over, smothered in Frank's Hot Sauce and grated cheddar cheese. Melt cheese then serve wrapped in a 8" soft tortillas shell.
Could be described as a bit messy, ok a lot messy but incredible flavour.
