If someone can't realize that then, well they dont deserve any job. If they cant perform in an interview, how can the employer feel about the candidates ability to perform in a position with the respective company.

If I ran a "private" company I wont care about skin color or gender, I want to hire the best person for the job. After all, its my money I'm investing and I'm investing it not for fun or to make people "feel" better about their social insecurities. But I'm investing because I expect a return.

well I am a pretty easy going guy and think people deserve breaks. but when you call a major credit card company and get someone who cant speak english or french at all its fucking disgusting. I mean a job that someone is required to speak on the telephone should require at least a working knowledge of English.
and i am so sick of the visible minority shit.. its another gift point for a job. my wife hires for a company and she says it getting ridiculous.. she has had people call human rights because they didnt get a 2nd interview call back..
